Refund policy

We value each individual customer and strive to deliver personal, high-quality customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your order for another product on our website of similar value free of charge.

Exchanges must be requested 30 days from the date of purchase. There will be a $15 fee on all exchanges and returns. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if more than 90% of the product is unused. Please email info@drwoow.com for any refund or exchange request.
